  • No annual maximum or exclusions for pre-existing conditions.

  • ​Minimum 12-month participation required.

  • Covers preventive services like check-ups, cleanings, and specialty services whn visiting in-network dentists and specialists.
     

  • ​No referrals or authorizations for care are ever needed for you to see a general dentist or specislists.
     

  • ​No waiting period for preventive servics, 6 month waiting period for basic services.  12 month waiting period for major services.
